Hamilton Hall on the UL Campus
(611 McKinley Street)

Hamilton Hall was built in 1940 as a laboratory school and was used for that purpose until the late 1970s. It was renovated in 1986 and reopened in 1988.

Those who showed up were walked through the first and second floors—and the attic, now remodeled into chic faculty offices. We were able to peek into the basement, where geoscience lab equipment has filled the former cafeteria and kitchen.

Some of the classmates were heading directly home, but several adjourned to Piccadilly for an impromptu breakfast.
